Hi, I’m Logan Taylor

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, having completed over 400 hours of professional training at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico, under the guidance of Tim Simmerman Sierra. My approach is grounded in evidence-informed practice, respect for the subconscious mind, and a deep belief in each person’s capacity for meaningful and lasting change.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I have spent over 20 years working in forestry—a career that demanded grit, resilience, and fortitude. I trained and coached people to work safely and maintain focus in one of the most dangerous jobs that exists, learning firsthand the value of perseverance, patience, and working in harmony with natural systems.

In addition to hypnotherapy, I am a certified yoga teacher, and I integrate principles of breath, body awareness, and nervous system regulation into my work when appropriate. This mind–body foundation allows me to support clients in a way that feels grounded, practical, and sustainable.

Outside of my practice, I am a husband and a father to two wonderful children. I enjoy competitive traditional archery, metal detecting, gardening with my kids, traveling, reading and spending time at the beach.

My goal is to provide a supportive, respectful space where you feel understood and empowered to move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

My Approach

Through hypnosis and guided therapeutic techniques, we work to reframe these patterns at the subconscious level, where meaningful transformation can occur.

Hypnosis is not about control or loss of awareness; it’s a focused, deeply relaxed state where your mind becomes more open to insight and change. You remain fully present and in control throughout the process. My role is to guide and support you, helping you access your own inner resources, clarity, and resilience.
